timdphilips: Melbourne, Vic, Australia; Hi. My name is Tim. I've bartended at some of the world's best bars in Melbourne, London, France and now New York. I've won a few comps around the globe, including taking out the UK Bartender of the year award in 2009. My housemate at the time, Phil Duffy, said I wasn't even the best bartender in our house. Wanker. Anyway, i'm now living back in Melbourne. For now. My learnings and quest to become better at what i do will be published here. Im not the best of writers and have large opinions that will be vomited on you. Watch this space..
